TIME
Press the ENTER-key until TIME function appears on the display. Next, press the UP- or DOWN-key
to set the time. Time is adjustable from 1:00 – 99:00 minutes. The computer counts down from the
set value to 00:00. An audio signal sounds once the set value has been reached. If you do not preset
any time, the computer will display the current training time from 00:00 – 99:59 minutes.
SPEED
The computer displays the current speed from 0.0 – 99.9 km per hour.
RPM
The computer displays the current revolutions per minute from 15 – 999 revolutions.
DISTANCE
Press the ENTER-key until DIST. (distance) function appears on the display. Next, press the UP- or
DOWN-key to set the distance. The distance can be set from 1.0 – 999.0 km. The computer counts
down from the set value to ‘0.0’. An audio signal will sound once the set value has been reached.
If you do not preset any distance, the computer will display the current covered distance from 0.1 –
999.9 km.
CALORIES
Press the ENTER-key until CAL. (calories) function appears on the display. Next, press the UP- or
DOWN-key to set the calories to be burned. The number of calories to be burned can be set from 1.0
– 999.0 calories. The computer counts down starting from the set value to ‘0.0’. An audio signal will
sound once the set value has been reached. If you do not preset the number of calories to burn, the
computer will display the current burned calories from 0.1 – 999.0 calories.
T.H.R.
Press the ENTER-key until T.H.R. function appears on the display. Next, press the UP- or DOWN-key
to set the number of heartbeats per minute. The number of heartbeats per minute can be set from
60-220 pulses. Place your palms on the hand pulse sensors on the handlebar. The display shows
you the current number of beats per minute. An audio signal will sound once the set value has been
reached.
Attention: if during 15-20 seconds no signal is being transmitted from the hand sensors, a ‘P’ will
appear on the display. This means that the computer is in energy saving mode. Press any key to
resume the T.H.R. measurement.
RECOVERY
Press on RECOVERY-key if you wish to measure your condition after the training. Place your palms
for 1 minute on the hand pulse sensors on the handlebar. The display shows the condition in a figure
ranging from 1.0 to 6.0, where 1.0 indicates a good condition and 6.0 a bad condition.
IMPORTANT ADVICE FOR TRAINING
Before you start the training, consult your doctor. Ask what kind of training is suitable for you.
Wrong or excessive training can cause health defects.
Avoid over exercising. Do not train if you are tired or feeling faint. If you are not used to physical
activity, start the training slowly at the beginning.
Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain or any other troubles.
Pay attention to your breathing during training.
