Select function
You can select a function after you have selected a user profile. Press on the MODE button to access
the function selection mode. With the UP and DOWN buttons to select from the following functions:
MANUAL, PROGRAM, WATT, HRC and USER. Confirm by pressing the MODE button.
Set values
You are able to set the different values, once a function has been selected. Press the UP and DOWN
buttons to select from the following values: TIME (time), DIST (distance), CAL (calories), THR
(heartbeat), RPM (rotations per minute), SPEED (speed)
and WATT. Once you have selected a value, it will start blinking. You can now adjust the value by
pressing the UP and DOWN buttons. Confirm by pressing the MODE button.
Note: the values TIME (time), DIST (distance) and CAL (calories) can't all be set. You need to choose
one of these three values.

DISTANCE (DIST.) (DISTANCE): 0,0 – 999,0 km
CALORIES (CAL.) (CALORIEs): 0 – 9990 Kcal
TARGET HEART RATE (T.H.R.) (HEART RATE): 60 – 220 heart beats per minute
REVOLUTIONS PER MINUTE (R.P.M.) (REVOLUTIONS PER MINUTE): 0 - 999
SPEED (SPEED): 0 – 99,9 km per hour
T.H.R.
The display will start blinking once the set value for the T.H.R. (heart rate) has been reached.
WATT
The computer will adjust the resistance to the speed. The resistance will increase when the speed is
low, but decrease when the speed is high.
R.P.M.
The display shows the current number of revolutions per minute.
SPEED
The display shows the current speed.
Programs
There is one manually adjustable program, 1 Body Fat program, 1 Watt program, 1 H.R.C. program, 1
user program and 12 preset programs.
Manual program
Press the MODE key to select the program mode. Press the UP and DOWN keys to select the manual
(MANUAL) program mode. Then press the MODE key to set the TIME (time), DIST (distance), CAL
(calories) and T.H.R. Once you have selected a value, it will flash. You can now adjust the value by
pressing the UP and DOWN keys. Confirm by pressing the MODE key.

Press the START/STOP key to begin training. During training, you can adjust the resistance level by
pressing the UP or DOWN keys. Once the preset value is reached, there is a sound signal and the
program will stop automatically. If you want to continue training, press the START/STOP key.
