muscles abdominaux supérieurs, inférieurs et latéraux en forme. Avec un entraînement
de seulement dix minutes par jour, vous allez pouvoir développer des muscles fermes et
un ventre plat. Utilisez l'Ab-Gym comme élément de votre programme de fitness
quotidien, lequel se compose d'exercices physiques et d'une alimentation saine.
L'entraînement Ab-Gym quotidien de 10 minutes (par jour!)
Ne vous découragez pas si vous n'arrivez pas à terminer complètement la session la
première fois que vous vous entraînez. Votre condition physique s'intensifiera avec le
temps et vous trouverez de nouvelles sources d'énergie au bout d'un certain temps.
Vous devez accroître progressivement l'intensité des entraînements de 5 minutes par
fois.
Si vous avez des étourdissements, le vertige ou la tête qui tourne, arrêtez alors
immédiatement l'entraînement. Vous devez également immédiatement vous arrêter si
