5 Loosen the belt by sliding the belt tensioning lever from right
to left, moving from its normal operating position to its
maintenance position (Fig.3).
6 Remove the belt by evenly sliding it over the rollers and out of
the machine. Rotating the belts clockwise as you pull the
belts out towards you makes the process easier (Fig.4).
1 Remove the Belt Set (Large & Small Belt) from the bag and
lay on a flat dry surface and wipe the outside surface of both
belts thoroughly with a soft damp cloth. (Avoid creasing the
belts.)
2 Position the new belt in front of the machine (preferably at a
slight angle – Fig.5).
3 Hook the right hand end of the belt over the front of the right
hand end roller and then slide the left end over the left end
roller.
4 Slide the belt evenly towards the rear of the machine. Ensure
that the bottom of the belt is located between the fingers of
the belt sensor (as shown Fig. 7).
5 Align belt rollers ensuring the belt is not caught on the roller
flanges (Fig.6). (The flanges are the green plastic discs at
the end of each roller.)
6 Clip the anti-roller back into its operational position.
