So beenden Sie das aktive Trainings-Programm:

Trainings-Programm > Programm beenden >
Programm beenden? und Ja.
Die Ergebnisse Ihres Programms werden
angezeigt:
Startdatum/Dauer: Das Startdatum und die
Dauer des Trainings-Programms.
Exzell. Woche/Kalorien : Die Anzahl der
exzellenten Trainingswochen (100 % der
Zielwerte erreicht) im Vergleich zur
Gesamtzahl der Trainingswochen, sowie die
Anzahl der während des Programms
verbrannten Kalorien.
Vorher/Nachher: Ihr Fitness-Test Ergebnis
(OwnIndex) vor und nach dem Programm.
Um die Ergebnisse Ihres vorherigen Programms zu
einem späteren Zeitpunkt anzuzeigen, wählen Sie
Menü > Anwendungen > Trainings-Programm >
Ergebnisse d. letzten Progr.
