6.2 VERKLARING VAN DE RESULTATEN
De resultaten van de ontspanningssessie zijn altijd uw persoonlijke waarden. Vergelijkingen moeten dus altijd worden
gedaan op basis van uw eigen individuele waarden. Voordat u uw OwnRelax-waarde kunt interpreteren, moet u uw
rusthartslag vaststellen zodat deze als uitgangswaarde kan dienen.
Uw rusthartslag bepalen
De rusthartslag kan laag of hoog zijn, afhankelijk van uw persoonlijke fysiologie en trainingsniveau. Over het algemeen geldt
dat hoe lager de rusthartslag is in vergelijking met het normale niveau, hoe meer ontspannen uw lichaam is. Tijdens de
ontspanningssessie loop de hartslag terug.
OwnRelax-waarde
Over het algemeen geldt dat hoe hoger de OwnRelax-waarde is, hoe meer ontspannen het lichaam is. De OwnRelax-waarde
loopt op naarmate het lichaam zich meer ontspant.
Regelmatige inspanning en ontspanning, maar ook een verbeterd mentaal en fysiologisch herstel komen allemaal ten goede
aan uw persoonlijke ontspanning. De ontspanningssessie is gericht op gezonde volwassenen die geen medicijnen gebruiken.
