Alarminstelling
1. Druk op OK als u vanuit de tijdweergave begint.
2. Druk op / tot Settings (Instellingen) wordt weergegeven. Druk op OK.
3. Selecteer WATCH (Horloge) met / . Druk op OK.
4. Selecteer ALARM met / . Druk op OK.
5. Selecteer alarm DAILY (Dagelijks), MON-FRI (Ma.-Vr.) of OFF (Uit) met / . Druk op OK.
Als u OFF (Uit) selecteert, drukt u op OK en gaat u naar Tijdinstelling.
Als u de 12-uursnotatie gebruikt, selecteert u AM (‘s morgens) of PM (‘s middags) met de knoppen / . Druk op OK.
6. Stel het uur in met / . Druk op OK.
7. Stel de minuten in met / . Druk op OK.
Het alarm uitschakelen
Wanneer in het display SNOOZE? (Sluimerstand?) wordt weergegeven, het alarm klinkt en de verlichting knippert, kunt u
op de knop Back drukken om het alarm uit te zetten. Als het alarm is uitgezet, wordt het display automatisch verlicht en
keert de polsunit terug naar de tijdweergave. Druk op OK of / om het alarm 10 minuten in de sluimerstand te zetten en
de afteltimer te starten. Zet u het alarm niet uit, dan blijft u het een minuut lang horen en keert de polsunit terug naar de
tijdweergave.
Opmerking:
• Het alarm wordt geactiveerd in alle menu’s behalve Exercise. Als het alarm klinkt terwijl u zich in een van de andere menu’s bevindt,
is op de polsunit de alarmweergave te zien.
• Als de knoppen zijn vergrendeld terwijl het alarm klinkt, functioneren de knoppen normaal.
Tijdinstelling
Als u begint met de tijdweergave op het display, herhaalt u stap 1 tot en met 3.
4. Selecteer TIME (Tijd) met / . Druk op OK.
5. Druk op / om 12 H (12-uursnotatie) of 24 H (24-uursnotatie) te selecteren. Druk op OK.
Als u de 12-uursnotatie (12h) hebt gekozen, selecteert u met behulp van / AM (‘s morgens) of PM (‘s middags).
Druk op OK.
6. Stel het uur in met / . Druk op OK.
7. Stel de minuten in met / . Druk op OK.
Time 2 (Tijd 2)-Instelling
Als u begint met de tijdweergave op het display, herhaalt u stap 1 tot en met 3.
4. Selecteer TIME2 (Tijd 2) met / . Druk op OK.
5. Stel het tijdverschil (hh.mm) in met / . De tijd wijzigt in stappen van 30 minuten. Druk op OK.
Opmerking: In de tijdweergave kunt u de tijdzone wijzigen door de knop ingedrukt te houden.
Datuminstelling
Als u begint met de tijdweergave op het display, herhaalt u stap 1 tot en met 3.
4. Selecteer DATE (Datum) met / . Druk op OK.
5. Selecteer de maand (mm) of dag (dd) met / . Druk op OK.
6. Selecteer de dag (dd) of maand (mm) met / . Druk op OK.
7. Selecteer het jaar (yy) met / . Druk op OK.
Houd de knop Back ingedrukt totdat de tijdweergave verschijnt.
