Alternatieve-frequentiefunctie (AF)
De functie AF (alternatieve frequenties) wordt gebruikt om te zoeken naar andere frequen-
ties die zich in hetzelfde netwerk bevinden als de zender waarop momenteel is afgestemd.
Er wordt automatisch afgestemd op een andere frequentie binnen het netwerk die een
sterker signaal uitzendt in geval van problemen met de ontvangst van de huidige zender of
wanneer een betere ontvangst mogelijk is op een andere frequentie.
Opmerking:
• AF stemt enkel af op RDS-zenders wanneer u de functie voor automatisch afstemmen of de BSM-
functie voor het automatisch vastleggen van zenders gebruikt terwijl de “AF ”-indicator is
ingeschakeld.
• Wanneer u een voorkeuzezender oproept, stemt de tuner mogelijk af op een frequentie uit de AF-
lijst van de zender in plaats van op de vastgelegde frequentie. (Enkel mogelijk bij het oproepen van
voorkeuzezenders op de FM1-golfband.) Er verschijnt geen voorkeuzenummer op het display als de
RDS-gegevens voor de ontvangen zender verschillen van die van de oorspronkelijk vastgelegde
zender.
• Het geluid kan kortstondig worden onderbroken door een ander programma tijdens het zoeken naar
een alternatieve frequentie (AF).
• Wanneer de tuner is afgestemd op een zender die geen RDS-gegevens uitzendt, knippert de “AF ”-
indicator.
• De AF-functie kan voor iedere FM-golfband afzonderlijk worden in- of uitgeschakeld.
Inschakelen/uitschakelen van de AF-functie
Bij het verlaten van de fabriek is AF ingeschakeld.
• De AF-functie op OFF zetten.
Herhaal de bovenstaande handeling om AF opnieuw in te schakelen.
