I spent the entire weekend cutting my dash to fit the new 2 DIN cage for this radio and having got it perfect, did all the new wiring loom, set the DIP switches for the steering wheel box to keep the can bus happy etc. and then connected the radio prior to insertion. There were no lights on in the electronic box (should have had green to show the can bus was connected and yellow to show all is well) but there were no lights at all, no hiss from the speakers or even a click. Why is this? It's a straightforward swap out of one radio for another and the associated correct wiring all done properly.
