Er staan geen foto’s op mijn speler nadat deze zijn overgezet.

Als u de foto’s die u heeft overgezet naar uw speler niet kunt vinden, controleer dan het

• Heeft u de foto’s overgezet met behulp van Windows Media Player? Bestanden die via

andere media worden overgezet zijn, worden niet door het apparaat gelezen.

• Is de Philips Device Plug-in geïnstalleerd op uw computer? Direct nadat uw de foto’s

heeft overgezet met de Windows Media Player moet Philips op het display

verschijnen. Als dit niet verschijnt, dan is de Plug-in waarschijnlijk niet geïnstalleerd. Om te

controleren of deze Plug-in geinstalleerd is, gaat u naar Control Panel > Add or

Remove Programs en controleert u of Philips Device Plug-in in de lijst staat. Als dit

niet het geval is, de software opnieuw installeren vanaf de meegeleverde cd.

• Het kan zijn dat u te snel nadat de foto’s uit Windows Media Player zijn overgezet, uw

speler heeft ontkoppeld. Wacht altijd totdat de Philips melding verschijnt en verdwenen

is voordat u uw apparaat ontkoppelt.

• Staan uw foto’s in JPEG-formaat? Foto’s in een ander formaat kunnen niet worden

overgezet naar uw speler.
