Problemen oplossen
Mijn speler slaat nummers over.
De overgeslagen nummers zijn mogelijk beveiligd. Het kan zijn dat u niet voldoende rechten
heeft om de overgeslagen nummers op uw speler af te spelen. Controleer de muziekrechten
bij de aanbieder.
Windows herkent mijn speler niet.
De speler kan alleen gebruikt worden met Windows XP (SP2 of hoger).
Ik kan mijn speler niet inschakelen.
Het kan zijn dat de batterij leeg is als deze lange tijd niet gebruikt is. Uw speler opladen.
Als er een fout in de speler zit, sluit deze aan op de computer en gebruik Philips Device
Manager om uw speler te herstellen.
1 Start de Philips Device Manager met Start > Programs > Philips Device Manager.
BELANGRIJK Alle inhoud wordt gewist bij het herstellen van de speler. Maak daarom
eerst een back-up van uw bestanden voordat u gaat repareren. Na het herstellen kunt u
de speler weer synchroniseren en de muziek naar uw speler overzetten.
