Use hard, plain chocolate.
Break it into pieces of 2 cm.
Use the P (pulse) setting
during the first few seconds
and then switch to setting 1 to
chop the chocolate very fine.
Put the cucumber into the
chute and press it carefully
with the pusher.
Use cold margarine, cut into
pieces of 2 cm. Put all the
ingredients in the bowl and
knead until the dough has
turned into a ball.Allow the
dough to cool before further
processing.
Use cold margarine and cold
water.Put flour in the bowl
and add the margarine cut into
pieces of 2cm. Mix until the
dough has become crumbly,
then add cold water while
mixing. Stop as soon the
dough starts to turn into a ball.
Allow the dough to cool down
before further processing.
Use egg whites at room
temperature. Note: use at least
2 egg whites.
