The dry mill is not suitable for chopping very hard ingredients like

nutmeg.

Do not touch the sharp blades. If the blades get stuck, switch off the

appliance and disassemble the dry mill beaker. Use a spatula to remove

the ingredients that block the blades.

1 Put the dry ingredients in the dry mill beaker (Fig. 7).

Do not ll the dry mill beaker beyond the MAX indication.

See the table for the recommended quantities.

peppercorns 5-25g

black sesame 20-50g

uncooked rice, wheat 20-50g

sugar cubes 4-8 cubes

hard spices (e.g. cloves, cassia) 2g

2 Screw the blade unit of the dry mill (with three blades) onto the

dry mill beaker (Fig. 8).

3 Turn the assembled dry mill upside down and place it on the motor

unit (1). Turn the dry mill clockwise to fasten it (2) (‘click’) (Fig. 9).
