Pljeskavice od povrća i krompira
Sastojci:
- 1 jaje
- 50ml mleka
- 1 kašika brašna
- 1 kašika korijandera
- so i biber
- 2 velika krompira (oko 300g)
- 100g šargarepe
- 150g celera
- 50g semenki suncokreta ili 2 kašike kukuruza sa
klipa
- ulje za prženje

Koristeći metalno sečivo, pomešajte jaje, mleko,
brašno, korijander, so i biber.

Oljuštene krompire, rendane šargarepe i očišćeni
celer iseckajte koristeći dodatak za seckanje, i
dodajte ih smesi od jaja. Umešajte u posudi
povrće, smesu od jaja i seme suncokreta ili
kukuruz sa klipa.

Zagrejte ulje u tiganju i pržite 8 ravnih pljeskavica
sa obe strane, dok ne porumene. Gotove
pljeskavice ostavite da se ocede na kunjskom
papiru.

Vreme pripremanja: 3-4 minuta.
Hleb (beli)
Sastojci:
- 500g brašna za hleb
- 15g mekog putera ili margarina
- 25g svežeg kvasca ili 20g suvog kvasca
- 260ml vode
- 10g soli
- 10g šećera

Montirajte dodatak za mešenje u posudi. U
posudu stavite brašno, so i margarin. Dodajte svež
ili suvi kvasac i vodu. Postavite poklopac na
posudu i okrećite ga u smeru koji pokazuje
strelica dok ne čujete "klik". Podesite regulator
brzine na njaveću brzinu (položaj 2) i umesite
testo (za maksimalno vreme mešenja pogledajte
tabelu "Količine i vreme pripremanja").

Izvadite testo iz posude, stavite ga u veliku
posudu, pokrijte vlažnim ubrusom i ostavite na
toplo mesto oko 20 minuta da naraste. Nakon
narastanja, testo ponovo izravnajte i oblikujte
loptu.

Vratite testo u posudu, prekrijte ga vlažnom krpom
i ostavite da narasta još 20 minuta. Ponovo ga
izravnajte i umesite.

Postavite testo na podmazani pleh, i ostavite
45 minuta da naraste. Hleb pecite u donjem delu
prethodno zagrejane pećnice.

Hleb pecite oko 35 na temperaturi od 225cC, u
donjem delu prethodno zagrejane pećnice.
