Zagrejte pećnicu na 200cC. U posudi pomešajte
mleko, kvasac i šećer, koristeći dodatak za
mešenje. Dodajte brašno, so, puter i jaje. Mesite
mešavinu testa oko 2 minuta. Stavite testo u
posebnu posudu, prekrijte posudu vlažnom
tkaninom, i ostavite testo da narasta na mlakom
mestu oko 20 minuta.

Iseckajte lešnike koristeći metalno sečivo.
Pomešajte sastojke za fil.Testo izvaljajte u
pravougaonik, prelijte ga mešavinom sa lešnikom,
a zatim ga uvijte u djevrek. Djevrek postavite na
pleh podmazan puterom. Ostavite djevrek
20 minuta da naraste. Utrljajte malo umućenog
žumanceta na vrh, i postavite pleh na pregradu u
sredini pećnice. Pecite 25 - 30 minuta na
temperaturi od 200cC.
Čokoladna torta
Sastojci:
- 140g putera, mekog
- 110g prah šećera
- 140g čokolade
- 6 belanaca
- 6 žumanaca
- 110g kristal šećera
- 140g pšeničnog brašna
Fil:
- 200g džema od kajsije
Glazura:
- 125ml vode
- 300g šećera
- 250g rendane čokolade
- šlag krem po želji

Zagrejte pećnicu do 160cC. Metalnim sečivom
mešajte puter i prah šećer dok smesa ne postane
kremasta. Istopite i umešajte čokoladu. Jedno po
jedno, dodajte žumanca u smesu, i mešajte dok
smesa ne postane kremasta. Čvrsto umutite
belance sa kristal šećerom, koristeći disk za
emulgovanje. Dodajte penu od belanca u smesu, i
lagano je umešajte. Zatim lopaticom umešajte
brašno. Smesu za tortu stavite u podmazani pleh.
Pecite jedan sat na temperaturi od 160cC. Prvih
15 minuta vrata pećnice držite otškrinuta.

Ostavite tortu da se odredjeno vreme hladi u
plehu (24 cm). Zatim je izvrnite na žičano
postolje i ostavite da se hladi. Isecite kolač
vodoravno na dva dela i jednu polovinu namažite
džemom od kajsije, a zatim ponovo spojite
polovine. Ostatak džema zagrevajte dok se ne
pretvori u sirup, i prelijte ga preko vrha torte.
Pripremite glazuru. Prokuvajte vodu, dodajte šećer i
čokoladu, i kuvajte na tihoj vatri. Smesu mešajte
dok ne postane glatka i dovoljno gusta za preliv.
Stavite glazuru na tortu i ostavite je da se ohladi.
Tortu služite uz malo šlag krem.

Sastojci
- 50g prevrelog gauda sira
- 300g kuvanih prokula (stabljike i cvetovi)
- tečnost od kuvanja prokula
- 2 barena krompira, isečena
- 2 kocke supe
- 2 kašike šlaga
