Sæt altid knivenheden ned i skålen, før du kommer ingredienserne i.

da ingredienserne kan blive for varme og begynde at klumpe.

Hvis ingredienserne sidder fast på knivenheden eller skålens inderside:
1 Sluk for apparatet.
2 Tag låget af skålen.
3 Fjern ingredienserne fra knivenheden eller indersiden af skålen
med en spatel.

en degskrapa.
