azucar granulado hasta que que se espese y forme espuma.Añadan la
espuma de yema de huevo a la mezcla y remuevan suavemente. Después,
envuélvanla en harina con una espátula. Pongan la pasta de pastel en un
engrasado molde para hornear. Hornéen durante una hora a 160cC.
Durante los primeros 15 minutos la puerta del horno deberá estar
ligeramente entreabierta.

Dejen que el pastel se enfríe durante un rato en el molde para hornear
(24 cm), después gírenlo sobre una parrilla para que siga enfriándose.
Corten el pastel horizontalmente por la mitad, unten una mitad con
compota de albaricoque y pongan las dos mitades juntas de nuevo.
Calienten el resto de la compota hasta que se torne almibar y
espárzanla sobre la parte superior del pastel. Preparen la capa superior.
Hiervan agua, añadan azúcar y chocolate y cuezan a fuego lento.
Remuevan sin parar hasta que tenga una consistencia suave y untable.
Pongan la capa sobre el pastel y dejen que se enfríe. Sirvan el pastel con
un poco de nata montada.
Sopa de brécol (Para 4 personas)
Ingredientes
- 50 g de queso Bouda seco.
- 300 g de brécol cocido (Tallos y flores)
- El agua de hervir el brécol
- 2 patatas hervidas y a trozos
- 2 cubitos de caldo
- 2 cucharadas soperas de nata sin montar
- Curry
- Sal
- Pimienta
- Nuez moscada

Rallen el queso. Hagan puré con el brécol, las patatas hervidas y un
poco del líquido de hervir el brécol. Pongan el puré de brécol, el líquido
restante y los cubitos de caldo en un vaso medidor de boca ancha y
llénenlo hasta 750 ml. Pasen la sopa a una cazuela y dejen que llegue a
hervir mientras remueven. Remuevan con el queso y sazonen con Curry,
sal, pimienta y nuez moscada y añadan la nata.
Pizza
Ingredientes para la pasta :
- 400 g de harina
- Media cucharadita de café de sal
- 20 g de levadura fresca o 1'5 paquetes de levadura seca
- 40 g de aceite
- 220 ml de agua (35cC), aproximadamente.
Para los ingredientes de la parte superior
- 300 ml de tomates tamizados (De lata)
- 1 cucharadita de café de hierbas italianas (Secas o frescas)
- 1 cebolla
