- 1 cucharadita de café de sal
- 1 huevo
- 250 ml de leche (A 35cC)
- 100 g de mantequilla (Ablandada)
- 30 g de de levadura fresca (Para la levadura seca, lean las
instrucciones del embalaje)
Relleno :
- 250 g de avellanas picadas
- 100 g de azúcar
- 2 bolsitas de azúcar de vainilla
- 125 ml de nata

Calienten el horno a 200cC. Mezclen la leche, la levadura y el azúcar en
el recipiente durante 15 segundos utilizando la herramienta de amasar.
Añadan harina, sal, mantequilla y huevo.Amasen la mezcla de pasta
durante 2 minutos. Pongan la masa en un recipiente aparte, tápenla con
un paño húmedo y dejen que la masa suba durante 20 minutos en un
lugar tibio.

Piquen las avellanas utilizando la cuchilla metálica. Mezclen los
ingredientes para el relleno. Desenrrollen la masa formando un
cuadrado. Untenla con la mezcla de avellanas y, después, enrróllenla
formado un anillo. Pongan el anillo en un molde (Untado con
mantequilla) de liberación por muelle. Dejen que el anillo suba durante
20 minutos. Cepillen con un poco de yema batida la parte superior y
coloquen el molde en una parrilla situada en el centro del horno.
Hornéen de 25 a 30 minutos a 200cC.
Pastel de chocolate
Ingredientes
- 140 g de mantequilla (Ablandada)
- 110 g de azúcar en polvo
- 140 g de chocolate
- 6 claras de huevo
- 6 yemas de huevo
- 110 g de azúcar granulado
- 140 g de harina de trigo
Relleno :
- 200 g de compota de albaricoque
Glaseado :
- 125 ml de agua
- 300 g de azúcar
- 250 g de chocolate rallado
- Si se desea, nata montada

Calienten el horno a 160cC. Hagan nata con mantequilla y azúcar
usando la cuchilla metálica. Fundan el chocolote y mézclenlo.Añadan las
yemas de huevo, una a una, a la mezcla y mezclen hasta que quede
