Placez les ingrédients préparés dans une casserole et portez à

Cake aux fruits
Ne préparez pas en une seule fois une quantité d’aliments supérieure
à celle indiquée dans cette recette. Laissez refroidir l’appareil à
température ambiante avant de poursuivre.
Ingrédients :
150 g de dattes
225 g de pruneaux
100 g de noix/amandes (50 g de chaque)
50 g de raisins secs
50 g de raisins de Smyrne
200 g de farine de seigle complète
100 g de farine de blé
100 g de cassonade
1 pincée de sel
1 sachet de levure
300 g de babeurre
Place la lame dans le bol.
Mettez tous les ingrédients dans le bol et mélangez-les pendant
40 secondes.
Versez la pâte dans un moule rectangulaire et faites cuire pendant
40 minutes à 170 °C.

Frullato di frutta fresca
non introducete quantità superiori a quelle indicate in questa ricetta.
Se desiderate frullare quantità superiori, prima di procedere con un
ulteriore carico, lasciate raffreddare l’apparecchio no a temperatura
ambiente.
Ingredienti:
100 g di banane o fragole
200 ml di latte fresco
50 g di gelato alla vaniglia
zucchero semolato a piacere
Sbucciate le banane o lavate e pulite le fragole. Tagliate la frutta a
pezzettini. Mettete tutti gli ingredienti nel vaso del frullatore.
Frullate no a ottenere un composto liscio e cremoso.
Consiglio: potete usare la frutta che preferite, per ottenere frullati sempre
diversi.
Zuppa di verdure budapestina
Ingredienti:
120 g di cavolo rapa
120 g di patate
180 g di sedano
60 g di carote
acqua (riempire no alla tacca di 1 litro)
Introducete nel frullatore il cavolo rapa, le patate, il sedano, le
carote e l’acqua nell’ordine indicato. Frullate per 5 secondi in
modo da ottenere una miscela grossolana o più a lungo per una
miscela più ne.

190 g di crème fraîche
15 g di prezzemolo
