Riv osten. Mos brokkolien med de kokte potetene
og litt av kokevannet fra brokkolien. Ha
brokkolimosen og resten av væsken sammen med
buljongterningene i et målebeger, og fyll opp til
7,5 dl. Hell det over i en kasserolle, og kok opp
under omrøring. Rør inn osten, og smak til med
karri, salt, pepper og muskatnøtt.Tilsett fløten.
