Εξάρτημα ανάμειξης - συμβουλές και
προειδοποιήσεις
Μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε το εξάρτημα ανάμειξης για να
χτυπήσετε κρέμα, αυγά, ασπράδια αυγών, πουτίγκα στιγμής,
μαγιονέζα και μίγμα για παντεσπάνι.

Puede utilizar el disco de emulsionar para montar nata, batir huevos y
claras, o preparar púdines, mayonesas y masas para tartas o bizcochos.
No utilice el disco de emulsionar para preparar masas para tartas y
bizcochos con mantequilla o margarina, ni tampoco para amasar. Para
estas tareas utilice el accesorio para amasar (consulte la página 21).
- Asegúrese de que el recipiente y el disco de emulsionar estén secos
y no tengan grasa cuando vaya a batir claras de huevo. Las claras de
huevo deben estar a temperatura ambiente.
- Limpie siempre el disco de emulsionar después de usarlo.

Emulsifying disc - tips and warnings
You can use the emulsifying disc to whip cream and to whisk eggs, egg
whites, instant pudding, mayonnaise and sponge cake mixtures.
Do not use the emulsifying disc to prepare cake mixtures with butter
or margarine or to knead dough. Use the kneading accessory for
these jobs (see page 21).
- Make sure the bowl and the emulsifying disc are dry and free from
grease when you whisk egg whites. The egg whites have to be at
room temperature.
- Always clean the emulsifying disc after use.

Piskepladen kan anvendes til at piske ødeskum samt til piskning af æg,
æggehvider, budding, mayonnaise og let kagedej.
Brug ikke piskepladen til tilberedning af kagedej med smør, margarine

- Sørg for, at både skål og piskeplade er tørre og fri for fedt, når du
