Consejo para la salsa de cóctel: añada a 100 ml de mayonesa 50 ml
de nata, un chorrito de whisky, 3 cucharaditas de salsa de tomate y un
chorrito de sirope de jengibre.
Reibekuchen (pastel de patata)
Ingredientes:
- 500 g de patatas
- 1 cebolla picada
- 1 huevo
- Sal
- Aceite

Pique las patatas crudas y peladas y deje que escurran en un colador.
Añada el huevo, la cebolla picada y un poco de sal a las patatas y
mezcle todo bien.

Ponga aceite en una sartén y caliéntelo. Luego ponga una capa de la
mezcla de patata en la sartén y fríala.

Pastel de fruta
No procese más de un lote a la vez.Antes de seguir procesando, deje
que el aparato se enfríe hasta alcanzar la temperatura ambiente.
Ingredientes:
- 150 g de dátiles
- 225 g de ciruelas secas
- 100 g de frutos secos (50 g de almendras/50 g de nueces)
- 50 g de pasas
- 50 g de sultanas (pasas)
- 200 g de harina de centeno
- 100 g de harina de trigo
- 100 g de azúcar moreno
- Una pizca de sal
- 1 sobre de levadura en polvo
- 300 ml de suero de leche

Coloque la cuchilla metálica en el recipiente.

Vierta todos los ingredientes en el recipiente y mézclelos durante
10 segundos.

Vierta la masa en un molde para horno rectangular y hornéelo durante
40 minutos a 170cC.
Mayonesa
Ingredientes:
- 2 yemas de huevo o 1 huevo grande.
- 1 cucharadita de mostaza
- 1 cucharadita de vinagre
- 200 ml de aceite
- Los ingredientes deben estar a temperatura ambiente.

Coloque el disco emulsionante en el soporte de accesorios del
recipiente. Eche las yemas de huevo o el huevo, la mostaza y el vinagre
en el recipiente. Eche gradualmente el aceite por el tubo de
alimentación al disco emulsionante. Puede utilizar el orificio que se
encuentra en el empujador para añadir el aceite.
