◗ Setzen Sie sich vor der Messung hin und

entspannen Sie sich 10 Minuten.Atmen Sie

fünf Mal tief aus und ein, bevor Sie mit der

Messung beginnen.

◗ Warten Sie zwischen zwei aufeinander

folgenden Messungen wenigstens 3 Minuten,

bis sich die Arterien nach der vorherigen

Messung wieder voll geweitet haben.

◗ Führen Sie die Messungen täglich zur gleichen

Zeit, unter gleichen Bedingungen durch, denn

der Blutdruck schwankt im Tagesverlauf.

◗ Essen, trinken und rauchen Sie nicht vor oder

während der Messung.Besonders alkoholische

Getränke beeinflussen den Blutdruck.

◗ Erst durch regelmäßige Messungen über einen

längeren Zeitraum erhalten Sie eine Überblick
