INGREDIENTES para 4 personas
Pelar y cortar las patatas a láminas finas. Rociar las patatas con un poco de aceite.
Precalentar la Airfryer unos minutos a 200
o
C.
Luego disponer las patatas en la cesta de la Airfryer y ajustar el temporizador 10 minutos a
200
o
C. Reservar.
A continuación cortar la cebolla, el pimiento y el perejil.
En un bol batir los huevos, añadir el queso cremoso y sazonar con sal y pimienta al gusto.
Mezclar los huevos batidos con las patatas, las verduras y el jamón cortado a trocitos.
Precalentar la Airfryer unos 3 minutos a 180
o
C.
Mientras pasar la mezcla en un molde e introducirlo en la cesta de la Airfryer.
Ajustar el temporizador unos 10 minutos a 180
o
C de temperatura.
Dar la vuelta a la tortilla.
Deja reposar la tortilla unos 10 minutos dentro de la Airfryer.
