1 lomo de salmón por persona (130g)
Masa filo
Eneldo
Limón
Sal y pimienta

Rociar el salmón con unas gotas de zumo de limón, salpimentar y agregar el eneldo.
Disponer cada lomo de salmón encima de una hoja de masa filo. Envolver el salmón y
pincelar con aceite de oliva o huevo batido.
Precalentar la Airfryer unos minutos a 180
o
C.
Poner los paquetes de salmón en la cesta de la Airfryer y ajustar el temporizador
entre 10 y 15 minutos a 180
o
C, según el grosor del salmón.
Servir acompañado con salsa de soja y una refrescante ensalada.
