INGREDIENTES para 8 personas
4 Puerros bien lavados y cortados
1 Cebolla
1 terrina de 250 g de queso
fresco tipo Quark
4 cucharadas de queso rallado
Lavar los puerros y picar la parte blanca.
PREPARACIÓN
Corta la cebolla y picar.
Pochar los puerros junto con la cebolla, en una sartén con un poco de aceite.
Salpimentar y tapar, si se absorbe todo el aceite, añadir un poco de agua y terminar de
pochar. Cuando tenemos listo los puerros con la cebolla, reservar.
Mientras tanto, en un bol aparte echar los huevos y batir, añadir el queso fresco y mezclar
hasta obtener una crema homogénea. Luego salar e incorporar el queso rallado.
Disponer la masa brisa sobre un recipiente y pinchar con un tenedor para evitar que se
hinche. Depositar las verduras pochadas por encima, repartiéndolas bien e incorporar la
preparación de los huevos y demás ingredientes.
Cubrir con papel de aluminio.

Introducir el recipiente en la cesta de la Airfryer y ajustar el temporizador unos 25 minutos a 180

Si no cabe todo en un mismo recipiente lo puedes hacer en dos fases.
Pinchar con un palito para verificar que se haya cocido correctamente.
