Croquetas de champiñones

INGREDIENTES para 45 croquetas (aprox)
200 g de champiñones
1/4 de una cebolla
Sal
Nuez moscada
3 cucharadas grandes
de harina
4 cucharadas de aceite o
40 g de mantequilla
Picar los champiñones y la cebolla.
PREPARACIÓN
Dorar la cebolla y los champiñones con un poco de aceite en una olla, salar y cuando
estén dorados agregar dos cucharadas de mantequilla o un buen chorro de aceite.
Añadir las cucharadas de harina y remover bien hasta conseguir una masa muy espesa.
Incorporar poco a poco la leche (previamente calentada), hasta obtener una masa densa.
Añadir la sal y espolvorear con una pizca de nuez moscada.
Dejar enfriar en la nevera unas dos horas.
Hacer bolitas con la masa y pasar por harina, huevo y pan rallado.
Precalentar la Airfryer unos minutos a 180
o
C y cuando esté lista poner las croquetas en
la cesta y ajustar el temporizador unos 15 minutos a 180
o
C.
