Sandwiches grillés
aux fraises et à la crème d’estragon
Pour 2 personnes
1. Faites chauffer le gril en le réglant sur la position 4. Mélangez le sucre et
l’estragon au fromage frais. Etalez la moitié du mélange à l’estragon sur
2 tranches de pain. Ajoutez les fraises et refermez les sandwiches avec les
deux autres tranches de pain, en appuyant bien.
2. Faites dorer les sandwiches pendant 3 ou 4 minutes sur le gril fermé
(position gril contact). Trempez les sandwiches dans le reste de sauce
à l’estragon.

Gegrilltes Erdbeer-Sandwich
mit Estragon-Quark
Für 2 Personen
1. Den Grill auf Stufe 4 erhitzen. Den Zucker und den Estragon mit dem
Quark vermischen. Die Hälfte des Quarks auf 2 Brotscheiben streichen und
mit den Erdbeeren belegen. Anschließend die anderen beiden Brotscheiben
auflegen und fest andrücken.
2. Die Sandwiches im geschlossenen Grill (Kontaktgrillposition) etwa
3-4 Minuten grillen, bis sie goldbraun sind. Die Sandwiches in den restlichen
Estragon-Quark dippen.

4 Scheiben Brioche oder süßes Weißbrot
250 ml Quark
2 Essffel feinen Zucker
1 Teeffel fein gehackten oder ½ Teeffel
getrockneten Estragon
250 g Erdbeeren, in Scheiben
Tipp: Für einen besonders gesunden Snack: Mehrkornbrot anstelle von
Weißbrot verwenden.

Tosti met aardbeien
en dragonkwark
Voor 2 personen
1. Verhit de grill op stand 4. Meng de suiker en de dragon met de kwark.
Besmeer 2 sneetjes brood met de helft van de kwark. Verdeel de
aardbeien over het brood, dek af met de 2 andere sneetjes en druk
stevig op elkaar.
2. Gril de tosti’s in een gesloten grill (contactgrillstand) in 3-4 minuten
goudbruin. Dip de tosti’s in de rest van de dragonkwark.

Per due persone
1. Fate riscaldare la griglia sulla posizione 4. Mischiate lo zucchero e il

su 2 fette di pane. Ponete sopra di esso le fragole tagliate, coprite con le
altre due fette e premete le 2 parti fra loro.
2. Grigliate i sandwich per 3-4 minuti nella griglia chiusa (posizione di
contatto) fino a che non sono dorati. Spalmate i sandwich con il
formaggio e il dragoncello.
