Nectarines grillées recouvertes

Dessert - Pour 2 personnes
1. Faites dorer les pignons de pin dans une poêle à frire, puis retirez-les du
feu et laissez-les refroidir.
2. Faites chauffer le gril en le réglant sur la position 3. Coupez les nectarines
en deux, retirez les noyaux, puis badigeonnez-les légèrement de miel. Faites
griller les nectarines pendant 3 minutes sur le gril ouvert (position fête).
Pendant ce temps, mélangez le reste de miel au yaourt (si le miel n’est pas
assez liquide, faites-le fondre quelques secondes au micro-ondes).
3. Placez deux moitiés de nectarine sur chaque assiette et remplissez-les de
yaourt au miel. Saupoudrez-les de pignons de pin.

mit Honigjoghurt und Pinienkernen
Nachtisch - Für 2 Personen
1. Die Pinienkerne in einer Pfanne goldbraun rösten und anschliend
abkühlen lassen.
2. Den Grill auf Stufe 3 erhitzen. Die Nektarinen halbieren, die Steine
entfernen und dünn mit Honig bestreichen. Die Nektarinen auf
dem aufgeklapptem Grill (Partygrillposition) 3 Minuten grillen. In
der Zwischenzeit den restlichen Honig mit dem Joghurt vermischen.
(Sollte der Honig nicht flüssig genug sein, kann er in der Mikrowelle
kurz erwärmt werden.)
3. Jeweils 2 Nektarinenhälften auf einen Teller legen, mit dem
Honigjoghurt füllen und mit Pinienkernen bestreuen.

Nagerecht - voor 2 personen
1. Rooster de pijnboompitten in een koekenpan tot ze goudbruin zijn. Laat
ze vervolgens afkoelen.
2. Verhit de grill op stand 3. Halveer de nectarines, verwijder de pitten en
bestrijk ze licht met honing. Gril de nectarines gedurende 3 minuten op
de geopende grill (party-grillstand). Meng ondertussen de rest van de
honing met de yoghurt (als de honing niet dun genoeg is, verwarm deze
dan een paar seconden in de magnetron).
3. Plaats 2 halve nectarines op elk bord en vul ze met het honing-yoghurt
-
mengsel. Bestrooi ze met pijnboompitten.

3. Posizionate 2 metà delle nettarine su ciascun piatto e riempitele con lo
yogurt al miele. Cospargete sopra i pinoli.
