Probleem Oorzaak Oplossing
De robot maakt goed niet
schoon.
De borstelharen van een of
beide zijborstels zijn
verbogen of geknakt.
Vervang de zijborstels (zie ‘De
zijborstels vervangen’ in het hoofdstuk
‘Vervangen’ en het hoofdstuk
‘Accessoires bestellen’).
Het lter in de stofbak is
vuil.
Maak het lter in de stofbak schoon
met een borstel met zachte
borstelharen (zie ‘De stofbak legen en
schoonmaken’ in het hoofdstuk
‘Schoonmaken en onderhoud’).
Als u het lter niet kunt schoonmaken
met een borstel, moet u het lter
vervangen (zie ‘Het lter vervangen’ in
het hoofdstuk ‘Vervangen’ en het
hoofdstuk ‘Accessoires bestellen’).
De zuigopening in de
onderkant is verstopt.
Maak de zuigopening schoon (zie ‘De
zuigopening, de wielen en de
valsensoren schoonmaken’ in
hoofdstuk ‘Schoonmaken en
onderhoud’).
Het voorwiel is door haar
of ander vuil geblokkeerd.
Maak het voorwiel schoon (zie ‘De
zuigopening, de wielen en de
valsensoren schoonmaken’ in
hoofdstuk ‘Schoonmaken en
onderhoud’).
De robot maakt een zwarte
vloer schoon, waardoor de
valsensoren worden
geactiveerd. Daardoor
beweegt de robot in een
ongebruikelijk patroon.
Ga naar www.philips.com/support of
neem contact op met het Consumer
Care Centre in uw land.
De robot maakt een vloer
schoon die zonlicht sterk
weerspiegelt. Hierdoor
worden de valsensoren
geactiveerd en beweegt de
robot in een ongebruikelijk
patroon.
Sluit de gordijnen om te voorkomen
dat zonlicht op de vloer valt.
De accu kan niet meer
worden opgeladen of
raakt erg snel leeg.
De accu heeft het einde
van de levensduur bereikt.
Vervang de accu (zie ‘De accu
vervangen’ in hoofdstuk ‘Vervangen’
en hoofdstuk ‘Accessoires bestellen’).
