Probleem Oorzaak Oplossing
De robot begint niet
schoon te maken wanneer
ik op de aan/uitknop druk.
De accu is leeg. Laad de accu op (zie ‘Opladen’ in het
hoofdstuk ‘Klaarmaken voor gebruik’).
De kleine stekker is nog in
de aansluiting op de robot
gestoken.
De robot werkt niet op netspanning,
maar alleen op de accu. Koppel de
adapter daarom altijd los van de
robot en het stopcontact voordat u
de robot gaat gebruiken.
De robot werkt niet en de
stofbakindicator brandt
ononderbroken.
Het
stofbakcompartimentdeksel
ontbreekt of is niet goed
gesloten.
Wanneer het
stofbakcompartimentdeksel ontbreekt
of niet goed is gesloten, werkt de
robot niet. Dit is een ingebouwde
veiligheidsmaatregel. Plaats het
stofbakcompartimentdeksel goed op
de robot (zie ‘De accu plaatsen’ in het
hoofdstuk ‘Voor het eerste gebruik’).
De stofbak ontbreekt. Plaats de stofbak goed in het
stofbakcompartiment. Sluit het
stofbakcompartimentdeksel goed.
De robot begint achteruit
te bewegen tijdens een
schoonmaakbeurt of net
na het inschakelen. De
waarschuwingsindicator
knippert snel.
De bumper van de robot
zit vast.
Als de robot de bumper vrij kan
krijgen door achteruit te bewegen,
stopt de waarschuwingsindicator met
knipperen en begint de robot
normaal schoon te maken. Als de
robot de bumper niet vrij kan krijgen,
schakelt u de robot uit en tilt u de
robot van zijn plaats zodat de bumper
vrijkomt. Schakel dan de robot
opnieuw in.
De
waarschuwingsindicator
knippert snel.
Een of beide wielen zitten
vast.
Druk op de aan/uitknop om de robot
uit te schakelen. Verwijder de pluisjes,
haren of draden die zich rond de
ophanging van het wiel hebben
opgehoopt.
Een of beide zijborstels
zitten vast.
Maak de zijborstels schoon (zie ‘De
zijborstels schoonmaken’ in het
hoofdstuk ‘Schoonmaken en
onderhoud’).
De bumper zit vast. Druk op de aan/uitknop om de robot
uit te schakelen. Til de robot op zodat
de bumper vrijkomt.
De robot is opgetild tijdens
het schoonmaken.
Druk op de aan/uitknop om de robot
uit te schakelen. Plaats de robot op de
vloer. Druk vervolgens op de aan/
uitknop om de robot het
schoonmaken te laten hervatten.
