Probleem Mogelijke oorzaak Oplossing
Als de bovenstaande oplossingen niet
hebben geholpen en het apparaat nog
steeds niet werkt, schakelt u het apparaat
minimaal 10 seconden in. Vervolgens opent
en sluit u de klep van de dweilmond en
schakelt u het apparaat opnieuw in om door
te gaan met het reinigen van de vloer.
Het actieve
beschermingssysteem
is ingeschakeld omdat
de borstels te nat zijn.
De dweilborstels zijn
automatisch gestopt
met draaien omdat de
weerstand te groot
was.
Laat de aan/uitknop los om het apparaat
uit te schakelen. Zet het apparaat rechtop
in de parkeerstand (‘klik’) en trek de
stekker uit het stopcontact. Verwijder de
dweilborstels uit de dweilmond en verwijder
overtollig water uit de dweilborstels door
deze boven de gootsteen uit te wringen
(zie ‘De dweilmond schoonmaken’ in
hoofdstuk ‘Schoonmaken en onderhoud’).
Vervolgens kunt u de dweilborstels weer in
het apparaat plaatsen, de dweilborstelkap
terugplaatsen, de klep van de dweilmond
sluiten, het netsnoer op het stopcontact
aansluiten en het apparaat weer inschakelen
(zie ‘De dweilmond weer in elkaar zetten’ in
hoofdstuk ‘Schoonmaken en onderhoud’).
Als dit niet werkt, laat u de dweilborstels
drogen (zie ‘De dweilmond schoonmaken’ in
hoofdstuk ‘Schoonmaken en onderhoud’).
De klep van de
dweilmond is niet
goed gesloten.
Het geluid van het
apparaat neemt af en
het apparaat brengt
geen water meer aan
op de vloer omdat
de dweilborstels
niet draaien en
het apparaat niets
opneemt van de vloer.
Zorg ervoor dat de dweilborstels en de
dweilborstelkap goed zijn geplaatst. Sluit
de klep van de dweilmond goed. Druk op
de klep tot deze op zijn plaats klikt (zie
‘De dweilmond weer in elkaar zetten’ in
hoofdstuk ‘Schoonmaken en onderhoud’).
