Probleem Mogelijke oorzaak Oplossing
De klep van de
dweilmond is niet
goed gesloten.
Het geluid van het
apparaat neemt af en
het apparaat brengt
geen water meer aan
op de vloer omdat
de dweilborstels
niet draaien en
het apparaat niets
opneemt van de vloer.
Zorg ervoor dat de dweilborstels en de
dweilborstelkap goed zijn geplaatst. Sluit
de klep van de dweilmond goed. Druk op
de klep tot deze op zijn plaats klikt (zie
‘De dweilmond weer in elkaar zetten’ in
hoofdstuk ‘Schoonmaken en onderhoud’).
De binnenkant van de
dweilmond is te vuil.
Maak de dweilmond schoon (zie ‘De
dweilmond schoonmaken’ in hoofdstuk
‘Schoonmaken en onderhoud’).
De dweilborstels
ontbreken.
Plaats de dweilborstels in de dweilmond
(zie ‘De dweilmond weer in elkaar zetten’ in
hoofdstuk ‘Schoonmaken en onderhoud’).
De dweilborstels zijn
versleten.
Vervang de dweilborstels (zie hoofdstuk ‘De
dweilborstels vervangen’).
Het geluid van het
apparaat veranderde
tijdens het reinigen.
Het actieve
beschermingssysteem
kan om drie redenen
zijn ingeschakeld: (1)
het apparaat heeft
een vreemd voorwerp
opgenomen; (2) de
dweilborstels zijn te
nat; of (3) u hebt het
apparaat over een
tapijt bewogen. De
dweilborstels zijn
automatisch gestopt
met draaien omdat de
weerstand te groot
was. Het apparaat blijft
geluid maken maar
werkt niet goed.
Laat de aan/uitknop los om het apparaat
uit te schakelen. Zet het apparaat rechtop
in de parkeerstand (‘klik’) en trek de
stekker uit het stopcontact. Open de
klep van de dweilmond, verwijder de
dweilborstelkap en verwijder het voorwerp.
Plaats de dweilborstelkap terug, sluit
de klep van de dweilmond, steek de
stekker in het stopcontact en schakel het
apparaat opnieuw in (zie ‘Het actieve
beschermingssysteem is ingeschakeld’ in ‘Uw
AquaTrio gebruiken’). Als u geen voorwerp
in het apparaat kunt vinden, is het actieve
beschermingssysteem mogelijk ingeschakeld
omdat de dweilborstels te nat zijn (zie de
volgende oorzaak en oplossing) of omdat u
het apparaat over een tapijt hebt bewogen.
Trek de stekker uit het stopcontact, open
en sluit de klep van de dweilmond, steek
de stekker opnieuw in het stopcontact en
schakel het apparaat opnieuw in om door te
gaan met reinigen.
