Recept van facebook groep Philips Airfryer bak avonturen
Bifteki en Tzatziki Griekse aardappelschotel
Ingrediënten Bifteki (4 personen)
o 800 gr rundergehakt
o 1 ei
o 2 el paneermeel
o bos verse gesneden munt
o tl gedroogde oregano
o peper + zout uit de molen
Ingrediënten Tzatziki
o 250 gr griekse yoghurt
o 5 teentjes knoflook
o ½ komkommer
Griekse aardappel schotel
o 1 rode paprika
o 1 gele paprika
o 1 groene paprika
o 1 gele courgette
o 1 groene courgette
o 2 rode uien
o tl gedroogde oregano
o 100 gr feta kaas
o 300 gr kriel aardappels
Garnering
o groene pepertjes
o zongedroogde tomaatjes
o zwarte en groene olijven
Werkwijze
Was de aardappels en snij ze in kleine stukjes. Zet de aardappels een half
uur in koud water.
Meng alle ingrediënten van de Bifteki en maak er 8 burgers van en leg
deze in de koeling.
Snij de komkommer fijn mocht je de Avance Kitchenmachine hebben kan
dit in 10 seconden met de Jullienne snijschijf. Pers de knoflook en meng
deze met de komkommer door de griekse yoghurt. Laat dit minimaal 3 uur
in de koeling staan om te trekken.
Snij alle ingrediënten van de Aardappelschotel tot blokjes.
Bak nu in de Airfryer de aardappels eerst in 1 eetlepel olie op 12 minuten
200 graden. In de tweede airfryer bak ik het vlees op de nieuwe grillpan
accessoire. (Mocht je geen 2 Airfryers hebben mag je de Bifteki op de
groenten leggen als je deze bij de aardappels hebt gedaan.) Even na 3
minuten omdraaien en je hele maaltijd is klaar.
Als de aardappels bruin zijn voeg je de groentes toe met een paar keer
flink schudden rooster je die 7 minuten mee op 200 graden. Het vlees kan
je grillen 7 minuten op 200 graden.
Strooi na het bakken de gedroogde oregano over de aardappelschhotel.
Dien alles mooi op met de olijven en de pepers en strooi er op het laatst
wat in blokjes gesneden Feta kaas overheen.
