1 lata de ananás às rodelas.
6-10 cerejas em calda
1 Use o espremedor para obter o sumo do ananás. Com a batedeira, bata a manteiga até car
cremosa. Vá juntando aos poucos o açúcar, as gemas de ovo e o leite condensado. Continue a
bater até car macio e junte o sumo de ananás.
2 Unte ligeiramente uma forma de mola com manteiga e forme o bolo forrando o fundo e os
lados da forma com os palitos ‘La Reine’ levemente humedecidos com a calda da lata de
ananás. Em seguida, junte uma camada do creme, cubra com uma camada de palitos e assim
sucessivamente. Termine com uma camada de creme. Leve ao frigoríco a arrefecer durante
três horas e desenforme.
3 Faça caramelho fervendo água e açúcar. Decore o bolo com rodelas de ananás, cerejas
marrasquino e os de caramelo.
Bolo de cenoura, maçã e ananás
200 g de cenoura
200 g de ananás
200 g de maçã
1 chávena de coco (ralado)
3 chávenas de farinha
1 colher de sopa de bicarbonato de soda
1 colher de sopa de canela
1 chávena de açúcar
1 chávena de mel
4 ovos
1 chávena de óleo
1 pacote de açúcar baunilhado
1 chávena de nozes picadas
1 Esprema os cubos da cenoura, do ananás e da maçã. Recolha a polpa no recipiente para a
polpa.
2 Misture a polpa da cenoura, do ananás e da maçã. Junte mel, açúcar, óleo e açúcar baunilhado,
e bata muito bem. Adicione os ingredientes secos e misture bem.
3 Misture o coco e as nozes. Deite o preparado numa forma untada. Leve ao forno a 160°C
durante cerca de 45-55 minutos.
Nota: Esta massa também pode servir de base para preparar uns deliciosos queques. Encha forminhas
de queques até 3/4 e leve-as a cozer durante 40 minutos.
