Für diesen Modus werden das Ober- und das Unterelement sowie der Lüfter aktiviert. Die
Hitze wird gleichmäßig im Ofen verteilt. Dieser Modus ist geeignet für große Speisemengen,
die Wärmezufuhr benötigen wie beispielsweise große Gratins und Torten.
Das Backblech oder der Keramikbackblech
mit Trägerrost wird meistens auf Stufe 2/3
eingeschoben.
* Temperatureinstellung: 40 - 230 °C.
* Verwenden Sie Ofengeschirr, das bis 230 °C temperaturbeständig ist.
