Connect the power cord with power plug []
of the charger [] to the socket.
When the battery pack [8] is fully charged:
Remove the battery pack from the charger
[]. Then disconnect the power cord with
power plug [] of the charger from the socket.
Adjusting the base plate

the battery pack [8] and let the

cool down before making any
adjustments!
m CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY!
Saw blades can be sharp and become
hot during use. Always wear protective
gloves when handling saw blades.
m CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY!
uRemove the saw blade from the product
before adjusting the base plate [4]
(see “Inserting/removing the saw blade”).
uDo not use the product without having
inserted the base plate [4].
To adapt to the workpiece, the base plate [4] can
be adjusted and swivelled to different positions.
Unlock the base plate [4]: Turn the locking
lever [1] in a counter-clockwise direction.
Adjust the desired position of the base plate
[4] by pushing it in or pulling it out.
Lock the base plate [4]: Turn the locking lever
[1] in a clockwise direction.

Turn the chuck ring [2] in a counter-clockwise
direction.
Insert the saw blade into the saw blade
holder [3].
Release the chuck ring [2] and let it return to
its original position.
Before use: Pull on the saw blade and check
if it is inserted safely and tightly.
