Keukengerei: lekbak en 1 kom
Snij de uien in dunne plakjes, leg ze in een kom met 1 eetle-
pel olijfolie en laat ze 3 min. op MAX afgedekt bakken.
Verwarm de oven zonder accessoires tot 250° voor. Rol het
deeg met een deegrol in de lekbak tot de randen uit. Verdeel
de saus over het deeg en bak gedurende 15 minuten in een
hete oven. Voeg hierna de gebakken uien, de in plakken
gesneden mozzarella en de andere ingrediënten toe. Bak
hierna 15 tot 20 min. op 250°. N.B.: u kunt de garnering var-
iëren en in dobbelsteentjes gesneden ham, paprika, een ei,
spekjes, en gedurende enkele minuten op MAX. voorge-
bakken champignons gebruiken. Voeg de olijven 5 minuten
voor het verstrijken van de baktijd toe.
1 blok pizza- of brood-
deeg.
Garnering: 3 geperste
teentjes knoflook,
zout, peper,
2 grote uien,
1 pot tomatensaus,
1 eetlepel verse of
gedroogde kruiden,
300 gr mozzarella,
olijven.
