1 red pepper, cut into chunks
350g (12 oz) cod or huss,
cubed
8 button mushrooms
1 small sweetcorn, cooked and
cut into slices
Marinade:
½ small onion, grated
60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
60 ml (4 tbsp) lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
30 ml (2 tbsp) parsley, chopped
Dish: shallow dish + wooden

Fish Kebabs
&ook sweetcorn on high for 5 mins. POace pieces of red pepper in a
bowO with 0 mO  tbsp of water. &over, pOace on gOass turntabOe and
cook on +,G+ power for 1 mins, or untiO sOightOy softened. Prepare
kebabs by threading Àsh and vegetabOes aOternateOy. POace in a shaOOow
dish. Mi[ together the marinade ingredients. Pour over the kebabs,
cover and Oeave to marinate in the fridge for at Oeast hours. POace dish
on gOass turntabOe and cook on +,G+ power for mins or untiO cooked.
Rearrange the kebabs haOfway through cooking. Fish shouOd be white
and Áake easiOy when cooked. Serve on a bed of wiOd rice.

+,G+ power for mins or untiO the onion is softened. Add the okra and
pepper and cook on +,G+ power for mins or untiO softened. Stir in the
curry paste, tomatoes and the water. &over and cook on +,G+ power
for 5 mins. or untiO boiOing. Add the cod and cook on +,G+ power for
mins. Stir in the prawns and cook on +,G+ power for a further mins
or untiO the Àsh is cooked.
