POace oiO and onion in a bowO. &over and cook on +,G+ power for
mins or untiO the onion is soft. MeOt the butter on +,G+ power for 0
secs. Stir in the Áour and mustard and cook for a further 0 secs. Add
miOk and seasoning, graduaOOy stirring to a smooth paste. &ook on
+,G+ power for 5 mins or untiO the sauce is thick and bubbOing. Stir
twice during cooking. Add 75g  oz of grated cheese to the sauce and
stir weOO. FOake the Àsh and arrange in the serving dish. Add onions and
pOace the sOiced potatoes on top. Pour over the cheese sauce. SprinkOe
with breadcrumbs and remaining cheese. &ook on ME',UM power for
10 mins or untiO the mi[ture has been compOeteOy reheated.

dish. RoOO each ÀOOet and arrange on top of the sauce. SprinkOe with
Oemon Muice. &over and cook on +,G+ power for 171 mins or untiO the
Àsh is cooked. Garnish with parsOey and serve with French bread.
