Wild Mushroom and Basil Risotto
Soak mushrooms in 00 mO ô pt warm water. POace the butter,
garOic and onion in a Oarge bowO, &over with pierced cOing ÀOm pOace
on gOass turntabOe and cook on +,G+ power for mins, or untiO
softened. Season with freshOy ground bOack pepper. Stir the rice into
the butter mi[ture and add the hot stock and soaking OiTuid from the
mushrooms. &over and cook for a further 5 mins on +,G+ power. Stir
the mushrooms into the rice mi[ture. &over and cook for a further 5
mins. on +,G+ power. Stir and add the basiO. &ontinue to cook for the
ÀnaO 57 mins on +,G+ power. Leave to stand for appro[. 5 mins and
then stir with a fork.
Serving suggestion:
POace the cooked risotto in greased darioOe mouOds, press in ÀrmOy.
Then turn out and serve garnished with shavings of Parmesan cheese.

Broccoli and Stilton Soup
POace the butter, oiO and onion in a Oarge bowO. POace on gOass turntabOe,
cover and cook on +,G+ power for mins or untiO soft. Add the
potatoes, cover and cook on +,G+ power for  mins or untiO softened.
Add the broccoOi, hot vegetabOe stock and nutmeg. &over and
cook on ME',UM power for 11 mins or untiO the broccoOi is cooked.
AOOow to cooO and then bOend in a food processor untiO smooth. Stir in
the miOk and stiOton cheese. Season to taste. Reheat the soup on +,G+
power for 5 mins or untiO hot and smooth. Stir freTuentOy.
Smoked Haddock Pâté
POace haddock and Oemon Muice in dish. POace on gOass turntabOe, cover
and cook on +,G+ power for mins or untiO Àsh Áakes easiOy. Remove
bones and Áake. %Oend the Àsh with aOO other ingredients to form a
smooth pktp. 'ivide mi[ture between ramekins. Smooth over top.
'ecorate with Oemon twists and parsOey. Pktp can be topped
with 0 mO  tbsp of meOted butter if desired.
