&over, pOace on gOass turntabOe and cook on +,G+ power for 101
mins or untiO cooked. 'rain and keep warm. POace the potatoes in a
bowO with 0 mO  tbsp of water, cover and cook on +,G+ power for
5 mins, add the green beans and cook for a further  mins or untiO
tender. &ombine the spaghetti and vegetabOes together with 0 mO
 tbsps of the OiTuid, from the potatoes and beans. Stir in the fresh
pesto, season to taste and serve drizzOed with a OittOe oOive oiO.

&ook pasta in Oarge bowO with water, oiO and saOt. &over, pOace on gOass
turntabOe and cook on +,G+ power for 101 mins or Sensor Pasta
or untiO soft. Leave to stand for  mins. 'rain. MeOt butter in smaOO
dish on +,G+ power for appro[ 0 secs. Add mushrooms and cook
on +,G+ power for  mins or untiO soft. To make sauce, meOt butter
in a Mug on +,G+ power for 00 secs. Stir in Áour to make a rou[.
GraduaOOy whisk in miOk untiO weOO combined. &ook on +,G+ power for
5 mins or untiO smooth and gOossy. Stir haOfway through cooking. Add
9ermouth and season. &ombine pasta, tuna and mushrooms in dish.
Pour sauce over and stir to mi[ thoroughOy. Garnish with prawns.

1 medium onion, chopped

15 ml (1 tbsp) curry paste
100g (4 oz) frozen peas
30 ml (2 tbsp) parsley, chopped
2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
Dish: large casserole,

POace the Àsh in a shaOOow dish, sprinkOe with Oemon Muice, cover and
cook on +,G+ power for 5 mins or untiO cooked. Skin and Áake. POace
onion and oiO in a smaOO bowO, cover and cook on +,G+ power for 
mins or untiO softened. &ombine sour cream with curry paste. Mi[ into
rice then stir in Áaked Àsh, onion, peas, parsOey, eggs and seasoning.
&over and cook on +,G+ power for 5 mins untiO piping hot.
