Bolognese Sauce
Mi[ onion, garOic, pepper and oiO in a bowO. &over, pOace on gOass
turntabOe and cook on +,G+ power for mins or untiO the onion is soft.
Stir in aOO the other ingredients. &over and cook on +,G+ power for 10
mins then ME',UM power for 150 mins or untiO vegetabOes are soft.

150 ml (¼ pt) single cream

Lamb in a Spicy Cream
and Almond Sauce
Mi[ together the garOic, ginger, aOmonds and water to make a thick
paste. POace the cardamom pods, cOoves, cinnamon, onion and oiO in
the casseroOe dish. POace on gOass turntabOe and cook on +,G+ power
for mins. Add the Oamb and cook for 5 mins on +,G+ power or untiO
Oight brown in coOour. Stir haOfway. Stir in the rest of the spices, the
aOmond mi[ture, cream, saOt and pepper. &over and cook on Simmer
power for 050 mins or untiO the meat is tender. Stir the casseroOe 
times during the cooking time. Remove the whoOe cardamom pods,
cOoves and cinnamon before serving with rice or other vegetabOes.

Mi[ cornÁour with a OittOe water and stir into casseroOe to thicken gravy.
SprinkOe with cheese and reheat on +,G+ power for mins or untiO
cheese meOts.
