Minestrone
1� Alle Zutaten in der Pizzapfanne vermischen� Deckel aufsetzen, auf
den Glasteller stellen und 30 Minuten lang bei 1000 W garen bzw
bis das Gemüse weich ist� Nach der Hälfte der Garzeit umrühren�
2� Vor dem Servieren 5 Minuten ruhen lassen� Lorbeerblatt und
Thymian herausnehmen� Abschmecken�

250 g Kabeljau, ohne Haut, in

Meeresfrüchte
4 große frische Garnelen
Zubehör: Dampfgarer

Bouillabaisse
1� Alle Zutaten im in der Pizzapfanne vermischen� Deckel aufsetzen,
auf Glasteller stellen und 20 Minuten lang bei 1000 W garen bzw
bis der Fisch gar ist�
2� Vor dem Servieren Thymian herausnehmen� Abschmecken�
