2 citrons, coupés en fines tranches
1 bouquet de thym
4 poitrines de poulet
2 gousses d’ail, finement hachées
200 ml de yaourt nature
15 ml de miel
5 ml de moutarde de Dijon
Ingrédients
Préparation
1. Placez les citrons coupés en tranches sur le Plateau Grill et répandez la moitié
du thym dessus.
2. Placez les blancs de poulet entre deux feuilles de film alimentaire et aplatissez-
les avec un maillet à viande ou un rouleau à pâtisserie jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient fins.
Retirez le film alimentaire et placez le poulet sur le citron avec le reste du thym
finement haché. Ajoutez l’ail, le poivre et le sel.
3. Faire cuire sur le Plateau Gril en position basse en mode Combi 3 pendant
19-22 minutes.
4. Pour préparer la vinaigrette au yaourt, mélangez le yaourt, le miel, la moutarde
et 2 à 3 gousses d’ail cuites à la vapeur et écrasées (comme préparé ci-dessus)
dans un petit bol et remuez bien. Servez la vinaigrette avec le poulet et vos
légumes préférés comme le brocoli ou la courgette cuits à la vapeur (veuillez
vous référer aux tableaux des temps de cuisson des pages 105-106).
