Cuisinez le poisson en mode grill
ou en mode combiné
Badigeonnez le poisson à l'aide de
beurre fondu ou d'huile pour le maintenir
humecté. Déposez-le sur le plat croustilleur
Panacrunch NE PAS ajouter de sel, mais
saupoudrer de poivre ou d'herbes au
besoin. Utilisez la cuisson combinée Gril 1
+ 300 W pendant environ 6-8 minutes (3-4
min de chaque côté) pour un petit poisson
(truite, maquereau). Utilisez la cuisson
combinée Gril 1 + 440 W pour les poissons
plus grands (dorades, bar). Par exemple, 2
bars-environ 600 g cuiront en 9 minutes (4
minutes 30 secondes de chaque côté) avec
la cuisson combinée Gril 1 + 440 W.
Cuisson en mode four
Pour les papillotes, ou les grands poissons,
préchauffez le four en mode à 180 °C
et placez-les sur le plat croustilleur
Panacrunch avec la grille à la position
inférieure. Pour 500 g, 4 lets de saumon
d'environ 125 g chacun, faites cuire au four
à 180 °C pendant environ 25 minutes.
