rumsteak ou semelle). Placer di-
rectement sur la lèchefrite émaillée
au niveau bas. Sélectionnez le pro-
gramme numéro 13, Boeuf
Bien Cuit. Appuyez sur Marche/
Conrmation pour conrmer le pro-
gramme. Sélectionnez le poids des
aliments et appuyez sur Marche/
Conrmation. Laisser reposer
pendant 10-15 minutes.
14. Pâte à
Gâteaux
-
Pour la cuisson des gâteaux à pâte
levée, utilisez la recette ci-dessous.
Sélectionnez le programme numéro
14, Pâte à Gâteaux. Appuyez sur
Marche/Conrmation. Après la
cuisson laissez reposer pendant
quelques minutes.

500 g de farine type 405
2 x 7 g sachets de levure
boulangère sèche
25 ml de lait tiède
200 g de beurre ramolli
une pincée de sel
75 g de sucre
1 x 8 g sachet de sucre
vanillé
4 œufs,
100 g de raisins secs
sucre glace pour la
décoration
Plat : 1 x grand bol
1 x moule à kouglof
Pâte à Gâteaux
1. Mélangez la farine et la levure dans un grand bol.
Ajoutez le lait, le beurre, le sel, le sucre, le sucre
vanillé, les œufs et les raisins secs. Mélangez tous les
ingrédients pour obtenir une pâte lisse.
2. Beurrez et farinez le moule à kouglof. Versez-y la pâte.
3. Posez le moule sur la lèchefrite émaillée au niveau
bas. Sélectionnez le programme numéro 14, Pâte
à Gâteaux . Appuyez sur Marche/Conrmation pour
lancer le programme.
4. Laissez refroidir pendant environ 30 minutes.
Démoulez le gâteau, laissez-le légèrement refroidir et
saupoudrez-le de sucre glace.
