Tilbehør: emaljert hylle
Vaniljefyll
1. Hell melk i en stor bolle, tilsett maismel og pisk godt.
2. Tilsett resten av ingrediensene og pisk sammen.
3. MIKROBØLGE kremen først på MIKROBØLGE 1000 W i 2½
minutter. Pisk og MIKROBØLGE i 1–2 minutter til kremen
koker.
4. Pisk godt sammen og la avkjøle.
Sesambrød
1. Legg smør/margarin i en stor bolle sammen med
½ dl vann.
2. MIKROBØLGE på 1000 W i 30 sek.
3. Tilsett resten av vannet og løs gjæren opp i blandingen.
4. Tilsett salt, sukker, rugmel, linfrø, sesamfrø og mesteparten av
hvetemelet.
5. Kna godt til deigen er myk og elastisk.
Legg deigen på en tallerken strødd med mel.
Sett deigen i ovnen.
MIKROBØLGE på 1000 W i 20 sek.
La hvile i 8 min.
Hev deigen igjen med MIKROBØLGE 1000 W i 10 sek.
1. Trykk deigen at, del den i to og form til to brød.
2. Pensle med pisket egg, og strø over med sesamfrø. Lag to-tre
hakk.
3. Legg på bakepapir på den emaljerte hyllen.
4. Sett den emaljerte hyllen i nederste hylleposisjon.
5. La heve i 10 min.
6. Bak brødene på 200 °C i 35 min. og la deretter hvile i ovnen i
fem minutter.
7. Kontroller om brødene er ferdige. De skal høres hule ut når du
dunker lett på undersiden av dem.
8. La avkjøles på en rist.
