(1½–2 liter)�
2� Tilbered med MIKROBØLGER ved 600 W. i 3 min., eller indtil
chokoladen smelter� Pisk chokoladen og kaffen sammen�
3� Lad husblassen lægge i blød i en lille kop eller skål med koldt
vand�
4� Pisk æggeblommer og sukker sammen og bland med den
smeltede chokolade�
5� Hæld vandet fra husblassen og smelt den med
MIKROBØLGER ved 1000 W. i 20-30 sek.
6� Hæld langsomt husblassen i chokolademassen, mens du rører
hele tiden�
7� Lad blandingen stå i et kort stykke tid for at blive fast.
8� Pisk øden og tilsæt den chokolademassen.
9� Pisk æggehviderne stive og vend dem forsigtigt ned i
chokolademassen� Hæld chokolademassen ned i en
serveringsskål og lad den stivne i køleskab�
10� Dekorér med mandarinbåde og ødeskum.
