Olivenkuchen
Zubereitung: ca. 35 Min. - 8-10 Pers. - KOMBINATION
Gefäß: Kuchenform aus Metall von 28 cm
250 g Mehl
1/2 Päckchen Backpulver
12 cl Olivenöl
10 cl Weißwein
4 Eier
180 g grüne Oliven entsteint
200 g gekochter Schinken
150 g Gruyère
Mehl und Hefe mit Öl und Weißwein vermischen. Nacheinander die Eier und anschließend
die Oliven, den in Würfel geschnittenen Schinken und den geriebenen Käse hinzugeben.
Die Form fetten oder mit Pergamentpapier auslegen und zu 3/4 füllen, da der Kuchen
aufgeht. Auf den untersten, mit dem Schutzring ausgerüsteten Rost stellen und 33 bis 35
Min. mit der Kombination UMLUFT 240°+ 100 Watt garen. Den Kuchen in Scheiben oder
kleine Würfel geschnitten zum Aperitif servieren.
